• Experience with relational databases and concepts
• Understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs
• Experience in back-end development of Salesforce including but not limited to design of data models, a strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL, and usage of web technologies.
• Experience developing and supporting Service and/or Sales Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit, including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com migration tool and Web Service a plus.
• Experience in employing SOA principles for integration between SFDC and other systems using integration platforms (i.e. Inforamtica, Mulesoft, etc.)
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences required.
• Strong documentation skills for requirements, technical decisions and reference architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative to excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment and not afraid of doing “hands on” work.
• Experience using Agile development practices and as a member of an Agile team,
• Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise both within the SFDC platform and in related technologies
